About the role

We’ve recently launched our Recruitment Center for the Northern Europe region, located in Riga, and are looking for our next recruiter to join the team. This is your chance to build something new, drive impactful projects, and be part of an international success story that has continued for over 80 years.
What You'll Do
- Recruit technical talent across different countries, including maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians, and other skilled specialists.
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish – from defining role requirements and creating job ads to interviewing candidates and supporting hiring decisions.
- Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and represent the company at relevant events.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, professional associations, government institutions, and other talent communities to help us attract future colleagues.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, managing the full hiring process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple recruitment projects at the same time.
- International recruitment experience would be a strong advantage – different countries, functions and talent markets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership for delivering results.
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine interest in building relationships with people.
- Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with colleagues and candidates across countries.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
