For this reason, you'll need to have solid agile and scrum knowledge and feel comfortable talking to executive leadership about how we can support business goals, run workshops, and put together strategic proposals that support these initiatives.

You will support everything from the scoping of projects to guiding the delivery team's implementation of these projects, ensuring success.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Resolve conflicts and remove project impediments.
  • Provide executive status updates and performance metrics reporting.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

  • Budget management and financial control.
  • Risk management and strategic planning.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
