Content Creator, TikTok Shop

W-2 Temp or Freelance

3-month contract, extendable on a 3-month basis, possible conversion

About the Role

We're looking for a results-oriented content creator who understands that great TikTok Shop content isn't just watchable — it converts. You'll be creating performance-driven creative specifically built to drive engagement, clicks, and revenue through TikTok Shops. If you geek out over hooks, watch time, and conversion rates as much as aesthetics, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Creative Briefing
• Develop, script, film, and edit short-form video content with a direct focus on driving TikTok Shop sales, not just views
• Develop scripts for yourself and external content creators to execute for our portfolio of brands
• Assist with developing creative briefs and update regularly based on performance trends
• Creative Testing & Reporting
• Assist in building a performance creative testing framework and calendar
• Maintain comprehensive creative reporting based on KPIs
• Regularly share learnings with marketing team
• Team Collaboration
• Assist in content approvals for external creators
• Assist with maintaining marketing campaign calendars
• Collaborate with the team to align creative with promotions, flash sales, and product launches

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in content creation, creative strategy or a related role (internship experience welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of experience as a TikTok affiliate strongly preferred
• Strong preference for candidates with live selling experience on TikTok Live
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
