Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing, Senior Manager

Key Job Responsabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with corporate goals and resonate with target audiences across all marketing channels.
  • Govern brand expression in Mexico, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across media, digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategy into product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead project management efforts to align objectives, timelines, and resources across marketing teams and external partners.
  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations to top management, showcasing strategic insights, campaign performance, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for brand innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines while adapting strategies to local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Drive performance measurement by establishing KPIs and evaluating the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  • Foster collaboration with agencies and consultants to leverage external expertise and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Resolve complex challenges related to brand positioning, messaging, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, preferably in agencies or consultancies.
  • Familiarity with global brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • English Advanced.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience addressing top management.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse functions.
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
