Role Description The Business Solution Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into cohesive solution architectures that leverage ML arteka’s capabilities across AI, data, cloud, and digital applications. Day-to-day activities include engaging with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, conducting detailed business and system analyses, and designing end-to-end solutions that align with strategic goals and governance standards. The Business Solution Architect collaborates with product, engineering, and delivery teams to define implementation roadmaps, ensure architectural integrity, and oversee solution validation. The role also involves preparing documentation, presenting solution recommendations, and continuously refining architectures based on performance metrics and evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, evaluate options, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess experience in Business Process understanding and optimization to map current workflows and design improved future-state processes.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional needs from diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture skills to design scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions across AI, data, cloud, and applications.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in enterprise or digital transformation initiatives, particularly in AI, data, cloud, or automation domains.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
