The major function of this position is:

The Finance Intern will support our business performing financial activities by gaining hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting Operations and Financial Administration.

The main responsibilities and duties of this position are:

• Assisting with Accounts Receivable processes, including payment posting and account reconciliations.
• Supporting customer account management and helping resolve payment-related queries.
• Maintaining customer database and risk analysis.
• Learning how credit management and collections contribute to business performance.
• Help in performing general accounting of daily operations in SAP.
• Collaborating with internal teams across Customer Service and Sales.
• Specific on-demand assignments.

Desired qualifications

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

University degree, accounting preferable

Listed below are the particular skills preferred for this position

• SAP experiences are desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Spanish mother tongue. Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines, in a growing environment.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to grow professionally.
