Helpdesk Specialist (M365 & Desktop Support)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Rate: €150 per day

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Specialist to join a leading public sector organisation based in Bratislava

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user devices. [
  • Monitor and manage support ticket queues and telephone support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions. [
  • Support laptop deployments, ICT equipment distribution, asset management, and inventory tracking.
  • Prepare and reconfigure devices for re-use, including device wiping and setup.
  • Assist with office moves and workstation setups when required.
  • Set up and support audio-visual equipment for meetings and conference facilities.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Deliver user training and provide ad-hoc ICT support as requiredEssential Skills & Experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment. Minimum 3 years' experience supporting desktop deployments and end-user devices.
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Microsoft Azure environments and related services
  • Desktop hardware troubleshooting and support
  • Software installation, printers, and network connectivity troubleshooting
