What To Expect
As a Lead Project Manager, you will join us on our transformation journey and undertake a high-impact role responsible for leading the delivery of complex HR and technology transformation projects that support our strategic objectives and business priorities.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, reporting directly to the Transformation Delivery Director and partnering closely with the Programme Sponsor to ensure successful project delivery, effective governance, and the achievement of key outcomes. Joining a well-established and mature transformation environment, you will operate within existing governance frameworks and delivery structures, enabling you to quickly embed into the programme and make an immediate impact.
This role offers you a unique opportunity to shape critical transformation initiatives, drive meaningful change, and contribute to the future success of our organisation and the communities we serve.
