Key Responsibilities
KOL & Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with clinical champions (infectious disease, critical care, labs) and manage advisory boards and peer-to-peer programs.
Demand Gen & Campaigns: Launch integrated marketing campaigns to drive education, trial, and full conversion to Steripath as the standard of care.
Content & Branding: Develop evidence-based content (white papers, clinical case studies, posters) and maintain consistent product messaging.
Operations & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, track campaign pipeline impact via CRM tools, and oversee external creative agencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Product Management to deliver field-ready sales enablement resources.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
Audience: Proven success marketing to clinical, scientific, or hospital-based stakeholders.
Industry: Medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, or biotechnology.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
