Director of Marketing (Medical Device)

Job Overview

  • Location: Onsite (Seattle HQ)
  • Objective: Drive brand awareness, clinical adoption, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Compensation: Base salary range is $140K-$175K plus bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • KOL & Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with clinical champions (infectious disease, critical care, labs) and manage advisory boards and peer-to-peer programs.
  • Demand Gen & Campaigns: Launch integrated marketing campaigns to drive education, trial, and full conversion to Steripath as the standard of care.
  • Content & Branding: Develop evidence-based content (white papers, clinical case studies, posters) and maintain consistent product messaging.
  • Operations & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, track campaign pipeline impact via CRM tools, and oversee external creative agencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Product Management to deliver field-ready sales enablement resources.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • Audience: Proven success marketing to clinical, scientific, or hospital-based stakeholders.
  • Industry: Medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, or biotechnology.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
