The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join a growing international search business operating across the global marine and offshore sectors.
This role offers a warm desk with active clients and live vacancies, giving you the platform to make an immediate impact while building long-term success.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, supporting projects across Africa, EMEA, and international markets, with real exposure to a global client base.
The Role
- Managing a warm desk with live vacancies
- Headhunting high-quality technical and commercial professionals across Africa
- Managing the full recruitment process—from initial brief through to placement
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities across the African market
What I'm Looking For
- Previous recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Fluent in English and French (essential)
- Experience recruiting across African markets
- Marine, offshore, engineering, EPC, energy, shipbuilding, or technical recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
