Assessment & Selection Consultant/Talent Strategy Partner within I-O Psychology, Talent Assessment Strategy

Location: Remote (United States)

Part-Time Contractor (~20 hours/week)

Max pay rate: $85/hr w2+ benefits

Candidate will support multiple high-priority assessment initiatives simultaneously. Role requires frequent collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills are important. The contractor will support job analysis, assessment design, validation studies, documentation, and implementation activities:

  • Leads Pre-Hire Assessment & Selection team for full-time hiring (no contingent hiring).
  • Team designs hiring assessments across the enterprise (pilots, flight attendants, customer service, corporate, etc.).
