Role: Accounting & Finance (A&F) Full Desk Recruiter – Direct Hire

Location: Fully Remote (Nationwide – USA)

Focus: Full Desk – Business Development + Delivery

We are partnering with a boutique, high-growth executive search and recruitment firm that specializes in Accounting & Finance placements across multiple industries. The firm is expanding its national footprint and is seeking experienced full-desk recruiters to join a highly successful and established leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter who is looking for greater autonomy, higher earning potential, and long-term career growth within a performance-driven environment. You will have the freedom to build your own market, develop client relationships, and execute end-to-end recruitment assignments with full support from an experienced leadership team.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a full-desk model, combining business development with delivery, and who is motivated by strong financial incentives and a merit-based culture.

Compensation Structure

Standard Commission Plan:

  • $0 – $150K cash-in → 40% commission
  • $150K – $250K cash-in → 50% commission
  • $250K+ cash-in → 60% commission

$1 Million Club (Career Production Incentive):

Once you reach $1M in cumulative career production, your commission structure is enhanced:

  • $0 – $100K → 40%
  • $100K – $200K → 50%
  • $200K+ → 60%

Partner Track:

At $2M in career production, you are promoted to Partner status, receiving:

  • Annual profit-sharing distribution
  • Long-term equity-style upside within the firm
