ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Performance Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and business reports across Sales Operations & Business Acceleration.
• Analyse sales, distributor, RTM, merchandising, e-Commerce and commercial performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership reviews.

Commercial & RTM Support

• Support Route-to-Market studies, outlet segmentation, territory optimisation and distribution analysis.
• Conduct business case evaluations, scenario modelling and ROI assessments for commercial initiatives.
• Monitor execution of strategic projects and measure post-implementation benefits.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate or AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects assigned by the company.

Others

• Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• More than 4 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, commercial excellence or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, AI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
