Job Summary

This role focuses on on-site execution of global marketing communication initiatives, including international industry exhibitions and congresses. It also provides high-standard reception services for overseas clients, distributors, industry KOLs and key business partners. The position requires strong cross-cultural communication skills in English and willingness for international business travel.

Core Responsibilities

  • Congress, Exhibition, and Event Support
  • Support the execution of international congresses, industry exhibitions, and brand promotion activities.
  • Assist with pre-event preparation, including booth design, branding materials, product display, customer invitations, meeting agenda, staffing plan, and on-site workflow.
  • Provide on-site support for customer reception, KOL engagement, management meetings, distributor communication, booth coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including event agencies, design agencies, booth builders, hotels, translators, photographers, transportation providers, and hospitality service providers.
  • Ensure that booth setup, brand presentation, marketing materials, customer flow, and reception experience are aligned with company standards.
  • Collect customer feedback and event information after each activity and support the preparation of post-event summary reports.
  • High-level Customer Reception
  • Provide high-level corporate reception activities for overseas customers, distributors, partners, KOLs, and other important visitors.
  • Act as a professional company representative during reception activities, providing high-quality, personalized, and thoughtful support throughout the visitor journey.
  • Understand visitor background, visit purpose, business needs, cultural preferences, and special requirements in advance, and help develop tailored reception plans accordingly.
  • Support end-to-end reception arrangements, including invitation confirmation, agenda planning, transportation, hotel booking, dining, meeting room setup, reception materials, gifts, on-site escorting, and issue handling.
  • Assist in designing reception agendas, including company introduction, product demonstration, showroom visit, leadership meetings, business discussions, training sessions, and dining arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across administration, logistics, regional commercial teams, professional education, and other stakeholder to ensure a smooth and professional reception experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business English, International Trade, Communications, Event Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer reception, large-scale event management, international exhibitions, business delegation reception, marketing events, or Marcom-related roles.
  • Fluent spoken English is compulsory for international MARCOM requirements, with the ability to support formal business reception, meeting communication, and cross-cultural interaction.
  • Proficiency in a second foreign language, such as Spanish, Arabic, French, or Russian, is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, strong business etiquette, and the ability to represent the company appropriately in formal business settings.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
