The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to oversee daily revenue management operations and support the optimisation of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across the property portfolio.
This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with commercial and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR)
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities
- Manage inventory, distribution channels, and rate strategies across different market segments
- Prepare demand forecasts, performance reports, and revenue analysis to support business decision-making
- Evaluate and optimise third-party distribution partners, contracted accounts, and channel performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend strategic and tactical revenue initiatives
- Ensure revenue management systems, rate configurations, and booking channels are accurately maintained and operating effectively
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive revenue performance
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises, while promoting a revenue-focused culture across the organisation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management or a similar commercial function
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting, and distribution channel management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel revenue management systems, including PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and GDS platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
