Soccer Program Management

• Build and schedule leagues, tournaments, and training programs for all ages.
• Partner with coaches and referees to deliver top‑tier experiences.
• Oversee rosters, schedules, results, and league operations.
• Track program performance and drive continuous improvement.

Who Thrives in This Role

We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and a love for youth sports:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sports programming.
• Experience with online registration systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and parents.
• Knowledge of youth soccer programming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
