About the Role

As part of client's Supply Chain Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a central role in driving consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment across a portfolio of global supply chain initiatives. You will work within an established PMO framework while bringing your own initiative - applying project management fundamentals, clear communication, and a strong ability to learn quickly to every program you touch.

This role bridges functional business teams and IS&T, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client's long-term supply chain strategy. You are equally comfortable presenting to executives and rolling up your sleeves on the details. You actively seek out smarter ways of working - including leveraging AI tools to eliminate manual overhead, sharpen decision-making, and keep programs moving faster. You thrive in structured environments and know how to navigate ambiguity when the unexpected arises.

What You'll Do

PMO & Governance

  • Operate within and actively contribute to PMO standards, tools, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure program consistency and quality across the portfolio.
  • Maintain program health dashboards, status reports, and risk registers; surface critical issues to PMO leadership with clarity and timeliness.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes - identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and helping onboard peers to best practices.

Program & Project Delivery

4. Lead complex, cross-functional supply chain programs from initiation through closure - including business case development, executive approvals, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.

5. Act as liaison between functional business teams and IS&T, ensuring requirements are complete, clearly communicated, and met by proposed technology solutions.

6. Partner with stakeholders to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term strategies.

7. Gather, synthesize, and document detailed global business requirements and design specifications.

8. Facilitate project-related testing, rollout, training, and retrospective activities.

Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

9. Communicate program status, risks, and decisions proactively and clearly - adapting your style for front-line teams, cross-functional partners, and senior executives alike.

10. Inspire and implement change within client's culture through collaboration, thought leadership, and a customer-focused approach.

11. Address escalations swiftly - assess root causes and develop actionable solutions for operational issues.

Strategy & Metrics

12. Apply analytical skills to build program justifications, ROI estimates, and funding proposals.

13. Define and implement KPIs and success metrics for programs and operational processes across the portfolio.

AI & Intelligent Automation

14. Leverage AI tools to enhance PMO efficiency - including AI-assisted platforms for program status summarization, risk identification, resource forecasting, and reporting automation.

15. Identify and pilot AI use cases within the PMO - proactively exploring where generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation can reduce manual overhead and accelerate decision-making.

16. Partner with IS&T and data teams to evaluate and integrate AI-powered project management tools into existing PMO workflows and governance frameworks.

17. Promote AI literacy across the program team - helping stakeholders and cross-functional partners understand and adopt AI tools that improve collaboration and delivery outcomes.

  • Strong project management fundamentals - scoping, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment; PMO experience preferred
