ROCKCREST is seeking an experienced HRIS Support Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner with a variety of clients to provide ongoing HRIS administration, system support, configuration, and optimization across leading HCM platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with different organizations, and serving as a trusted advisor for HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting one or more HRIS platforms such as ADP WFN, UKG Ready, Paycom, Paycor, or Paylocity, along with a strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HRIS administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and functional support for client HCM environments.
  • Partner with clients to evaluate business requirements and recommend system enhancements, process improvements, and best practice solutions.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules including Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Reporting.
  • Support system testing, data validation, configuration changes, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and implement effective solutions while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop reports, analyze HRIS data, and assist clients with reporting and audit requests.
  • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support long-term client success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by serving as a trusted resource for ongoing HRIS support and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience administering, configuring, or supporting one or more HRIS platforms, including ADP WFN, UKG Ready, Paycom, Paycor, or Paylocity.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HRIS modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues, configuring systems, performing testing, and supporting end users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple business units or client environments is a plus.
