Consultant (Policy & Economic Research Department)

We are seeking a Consultant for a 6-month-term to work within the Policy & Economic Research Department at the International Vaccine Institute.

보건경제정책 부서가 진행하는 다양한 전염병 모델링, 통계 분석, 경제학 분석 수행 및 지원

Supporting a wide range of statistical analyses, infectious disease modeling, and economic evaluations undertaken by PER

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. 다양한 통계자료 분석 및 데이터 관리 (Statistical analyses and data extraction)

2. 질병 역학 (다이내믹) 모델 개발 지원 및 분석 (Transmission (dynamic) models)

3. 문헌자료수집 및 분석 (Literature reviews)

4. 비용-효용 분석 (Cost-effectiveness analyses)

5. 연구 리포트 작성 및 발표 자료 작성 (Assist/write reports and develop presentation materials)

6. 계량경제 모델 (Econometrics)

7. 기관 내/외 파트너 그룹과의 원활한 의사소통 및 연구 지원 (Facilitate effective communication with internal and external partner groups and support research activities)

8. 그 외 보건경제정책 부서의 업무 지원 (Provide general supports for PER activities as required)

Job Requirements and Qualifications

1. Education Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree, including current candidates (박사 혹은 석사학위 취득자 및 취득예정자)
• Statistics, Mathematics, (Health) Economics, or other relevant majors

2. Related Field Work Experience

• Ph.D. degree: 0 – 1 년
• Master degree: 0 – 2년
• Current candidates (석사 혹은 박사 학위 취득 예정자): 0 – 2년

3. Technical and Professional Skills / Knowledge

• 통계분석 및 질병역학모델링 경험자 (Statistics, Econometrics or Infectious disease modeling)
• STATA 혹은 R과 같은 통계/계량경제 소프트웨어 사용 경험자 (Experiences in STATA or R)
