- What We’re Looking ForProven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Experience in BPO, IT, or customer service is a plus
