【Candidate Profile】

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG industry (experience in consumer goods/personal care sector is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of independently managing new product launches and executing large-scale annual campaigns.

【Responsibilities】

  • Strategic Planning & Product Launch: Deeply analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities; lead execution plans for new product launches, establishing clear product positioning and communication strategies.
  • Campaign Execution & Agility: Implement annual marketing plans and consistently track brand performance, utilizing market data to make timely adjustments to brand communication and media resource allocations.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Convene regular cross-functional meetings to facilitate internal information sharing, horizontally connecting sales and marketing communication teams.
  • P&L & Performance Management: Take responsibility for brand P&L management, driving company financial objectives through rigorous sales forecasting and A&P budget control.
