Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of School Nurse for the Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS - TBS (The British School Al Rehab). We seek a dedicated and skilled educator to join our dynamic team .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff
- Assess and manage illnesses and injuries during the school day
- Maintain accurate medical records and student health files
- Administer medications in accordance with school policies
- Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Promote health awareness and support a safe and healthy school environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding students' health needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Ministry of Health regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Excellent English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
