As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets. You will manage significant marketing budgets, drive measurable business outcomes through data-led decision-making, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the performance marketing strategy aligned with business growth and acquisition goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Own large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to maximise ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Analyse campaign performance using attribution models, analytics platforms, and experimentation to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to develop high-performing creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Lead A/B testing across creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and user journeys to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns, optimize channel mix, and unlock new growth levers.
  • Build performance dashboards and present actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Support market expansion initiatives by developing and scaling acquisition strategies across new geographies.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with end-to-end ownership of paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Proven success managing large marketing budgets and scaling user acquisition profitably.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Middle Eastern markets, with a strong understanding of regional consumer behaviour, localisation, and platform best practices.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, DV360/Programmatic, Affiliates, and mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and BI tools; SQL is an added advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to drive measurable business impact.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
