The Defence Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and expanding strategic relationships with Defence stakeholders, ensuring the flawless delivery of contracted services and solutions. Serving as the primary liaison between Waterfall and Defence clients, this role aligns operational execution and commercial performance with long-term account strategy, while strictly adhering to rigorous defence, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Defence customers and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across project teams, and senior leadership
- Understand defence customers priorities, capability gaps, and future programs to support long-term account planning
- Lead opportunities reviews, projects status, and governance meetings
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, defense regulations, and security requirements
- Security clearance level 2/3

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management within defense, government, or highly regulated sectors
- Strong understanding of companies and offices structures, procurement processes, and contracting models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing complex, high-value contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Background in defense, aerospace, technology, or systems integration
- Understanding of defense projects
