Role Description The Warehousing Specialist at Victory Fire & Gas Inc. will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials and equipment, ensuring all items are accurately documented and stored. This full-time, on-site role in Malvern, PA includes picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as loading and unloading trucks using appropriate tools and equipment. The Warehousing Specialist will maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, updating records in inventory or ERP systems, and reporting discrepancies. Daily responsibilities also include keeping the warehouse clean and safe, following company safety protocols, and coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and service teams to support timely project delivery. The role may also involve minor assembly, labeling, and preparation of fire and gas equipment components as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform core warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with inventory tracking tools and basic computer systems, such as barcode scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems.
  • Capability to safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and follow established safety procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including accurate recordkeeping and labeling of materials and equipment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and field service personnel.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution; experience with industrial, fire protection, or gas systems materials is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in warehouse operations or forklift operation is beneficial.
