Job Title: Product Manager (Order to Cash space)

We’re seeking an outstanding Product Management experience on Supply chain who would focus on developing on FMCG, Retail Domain-Enterprise Solutions specially in Order to Cash space with understanding of IT Application Development Processes. The role requires a blend of product management skills, Supply Chain Processes, and a strong focus on user needs and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the iPaaS space.

• Product Roadmap & Strategy:

Develop a product vision and roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals.

• Requirement Gathering & Prioritization:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer support teams, to understand their requirements and prioritize features.

• Product Development & Execution:

Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of product features. .

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Supply Chain, FMCG, Retail, Sales and Distribution
• Product Management: Strong understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, roadmap development, and product launch.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with data integration concepts, technologies, and platforms.
• Data Analytics: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and develop effective solutions.
• Customer Empathy: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
