About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early copywriters. You will write the words that carry a brand millions already recognise, across the moments where it meets its audience. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Copywriter, you will craft sharp, persuasive copy that gets attention and drives action. You will take a brief and a brand voice and turn them into lines that land across campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Copy & Craft

• Write copy for campaigns, ads, social, email, and landing pages
• Develop headlines, taglines, and concepts from a brief
• Keep every line true to the brand voice and the audience

Collaboration

• Partner with designers and marketers to ship campaign work
• Take feedback well and iterate quickly to a strong final cut

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in copywriting, advertising, or brand content
• A portfolio that shows range and a feel for persuasion
• Sharp written English and a strong sense of tone
• A reliable remote-work setup and self-driven work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or in-house brand experience
• Comfort writing short-form copy that has to perform
• Exposure to campaigns for a consumer or retail brand
