Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based at the Hobbs London shop located inside of Bloomingdale's in Short Hills, NJ. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, supporting performance goals, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive customer experience that reflects the brand’s values. The Supervisor will assist with scheduling, task delegation, inventory management, and loss prevention, while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. This role also partners with management on training, feedback, and store initiatives, and may support events, new product launches, and other brand activities.

• Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive store performance.
• Visual merchandising and presentation skills to maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Organization and problem-solving skills to manage inventory, resolve issues, and support smooth operations.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to provide coaching and feedback.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion, preferably in premium or luxury environments.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site setting with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
