Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based at the Hobbs London shop located inside of Bloomingdale's in Short Hills, NJ. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, supporting performance goals, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive customer experience that reflects the brand’s values. The Supervisor will assist with scheduling, task delegation, inventory management, and loss prevention, while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. This role also partners with management on training, feedback, and store initiatives, and may support events, new product launches, and other brand activities.
