2. About the Opportunity:
The Real Estate Data Entry Operator plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and currency of the organization’s real estate database. This position supports the integrity of data related to transactions and client information, contributing directly to the quality of service and operational efficiency. The role requires independent work within a remote environment and impacts the reliability of the company’s data resources.
3. Responsibilities:
• Accurately update, log, and maintain real estate transactions, client details, and property information within the central database
• Conduct regular audits of database entries to identify, review, and correct errors, ensuring data completeness and high-quality records
• Collaborate proactively with internal team members and agents to resolve data discrepancies and information gaps
• Adhere strictly to data security standards, privacy protocols, and corporate confidentiality policies regarding sensitive client and financial data
• Assist in compiling data points to support the generation of operational reports, property metrics, and stakeholder presentations
• Perform essential administrative and digital support duties including file organization, digital scanning, documentation archiving, and tracking task workflows as needed
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification; a Bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required
• Proven professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or a closely related record-keeping field
• Functional understanding of residential real estate terminology, transaction documents, and closing procedures
• Technical proficiency with computers, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and specialized data entry software or CRM platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong spot-checking habits, and a high standard for data accuracy
• Proven ability to work independently, manage daily volume, and meet processing deadlines within a remote working model
• Strong organizational habits and efficient time management skills to balance recurring data tasks
• Clear, dependable communication skills for effective collaboration across a distributed remote team
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Target hourly wage range: $26.81 to $29.97 per hour
• Final hourly placement within this range will be determined based on the candidate's speed, data accuracy evaluation, and prior real estate sector experience
