2. About the Opportunity:

The Real Estate Data Entry Operator plays a vital role in maintaining and updating the organization's real estate database. This position ensures data accuracy and completeness, supporting the reliability of client and transaction records. The role contributes to operational efficiency by managing data integrity and assisting in report preparation, enabling informed decision-making within the team.

3. Responsibilities:

• Accurately update, log, and maintain real estate transactions, client profiles, and property information within the central database

• Conduct routine database audits to review, identify, and correct technical data entry errors or incomplete records

• Collaborate proactively with internal remote team members and agents to resolve data discrepancies and informational gaps

• Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations, internal safety standards, and corporate data security protocols

• Assist in compiling data points and tracking metrics to support the generation of operational reports and stakeholder presentations

• Perform essential digital and administrative support tasks—including file indexing, scanning, document archiving, and monitoring workflow needs

4. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education certification is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

• Proven professional experience in data entry, record-keeping, or a high-volume administrative support role

• Strong functional knowledge of residential real estate terminology, closing paperwork, and standard transaction procedures

• Technical proficiency with computers, including hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and dedicated data entry platforms or CRM systems

• High baseline attention to detail, strong spot-checking habits, and a strict commitment to data accuracy

• Proven ability to work independently, manage high-volume inputs, and maintain performance metrics with minimal day-to-day supervision

• Excellent organizational, file structure, and time management skills to balance recurring tasks

• Effective verbal and written communication skills tailored for a cross-functional remote teamwork model

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Target hourly wage range: $26.81 to $29.97 per hour

• Final hourly rate placement within this established range is determined dynamically based on the candidate's speed, data accuracy evaluations, and previous experience in the real estate sector
