About WardlyAI

Website: https://www.wardlyai.com/

WardlyAI is building the clinical visit preparation layer for modern outpatient care.

Today, clinicians enter visits without a complete picture of the patient. Critical context is scattered across EHR data, referrals, labs, prior encounters, and patient narratives, forcing physicians to manually reconstruct the clinical story in minutes. WardlyAI solves this by preparing every visit before it begins.

Our platform ingests clinical records, referrals, and external data; engages patients before the appointment through clinically trained voice AI; synthesizes longitudinal patient context; and delivers a structured visit brief with evidence-grounded clinical insights directly into the EHR. The result is a more prepared clinician, a more supported patient, and a more focused, accurate encounter.

WardlyAI is backed by South Park Commons, Conscious Venture Lab, Physician Executives and Healthcare leaders.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced healthcare leaders to join WardlyAI’s Board of Advisors and help guide the company through its next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity to advise an early-stage health technology company at the intersection of AI, clinical workflow, outpatient care, voice AI, EHR integration, and value-based healthcare. Advisors will help shape WardlyAI’s product strategy, clinical validation, go-to-market approach, enterprise partnerships, and fundraising narrative as we scale from early customer traction to broader adoption across specialty practices, primary care groups, FQHCs, ACOs, and health systems.

Ideal Advisor Profiles

We are especially interested in advisors with one or more of the following backgrounds:

  • Physician leaders with experience in outpatient care, primary care, gastroenterology, psychiatry, oncology, or multi-specialty practices
  • Former executives from health systems, provider groups, MSOs, ACOs, FQHCs, or specialty networks
  • Healthcare AI, digital health, or clinical workflow experts
  • EHR, interoperability, or healthcare data infrastructure leaders
  • Revenue cycle, value-based care, or payer strategy experts
  • Healthcare GTM leaders with experience selling into clinics, provider networks, or enterprise healthcare organizations
  • Investors, operators, or founders with experience scaling healthcare SaaS, AI, or digital health companies
  • Clinical safety, compliance, or healthcare regulatory advisors with experience in HIPAA, AI governance, or physician workflow adoption

Key Responsibilities

As a member of WardlyAI’s Board of Advisors, you may support the company by:

  • Advising the leadership team on product strategy, clinical workflow design, and market positioning
  • Providing feedback on WardlyAI’s clinical visit brief, patient engagement workflow, and physician-facing insights
  • Helping validate use cases across primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, and other outpatient settings
  • Making introductions to potential customers, pilots, clinical champions, strategic partners, investors, or advisors
  • Supporting go-to-market strategy for independent practices, specialty groups, FQHCs, ACOs, MSOs, and health systems
  • Advising on enterprise sales, pricing, procurement, and implementation strategy
  • Helping refine WardlyAI’s evidence, ROI, and clinical impact narrative
  • Participating in periodic advisor calls with the founding team
  • Serving as a credible external voice as WardlyAI builds trust with clinicians, customers, and partners

What We’re Looking For

The strongest advisors will bring:

  • Deep healthcare industry expertise and a strong professional network
  • Practical understanding of clinical operations, physician workflows, or healthcare technology adoption
  • Excitement about using AI to improve the quality and efficiency of outpatient visits
  • Strong judgment around patient safety, clinician trust, and responsible AI deployment
  • Willingness to make targeted introductions when appropriate
  • Ability to provide candid, strategic advice to an early-stage founding team
  • Comfort working with a fast-moving startup in a rapidly evolving market

Time Commitment

This is a part-time advisory role. Expected commitment is approximately 1–3 hours per month, including periodic calls, strategic feedback, and occasional introductions or document review.

Compensation

Advisors may have the opportunity to receive sweat equity, commissions, and shares in the company.

Why Join

WardlyAI is addressing one of the most important problems in healthcare: clinicians are expected to make high-quality decisions without enough time or complete context. By preparing every visit before it begins, WardlyAI has the potential to improve diagnostic clarity, reduce administrative burden, enhance patient experience, and transform the outpatient care workflow.

Advisors will have the opportunity to help shape an early-stage company building a new category in clinical AI: proactive visit preparation, not just documentation after the fact.
