We service Mercedes-Benz vehicles exclusively and operate on a strict Monday–Friday schedule—meaning no weekends for our team!
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a hybrid role. As our Receptionist / Entry-Level Service Advisor, you will be the face and voice of our shop. This is a perfect career-launching opportunity for someone who wants to learn the automotive service industry from the ground up under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / year (based on experience)

What You Will Do
- Customer Relations: Greet clients warmly, manage phone calls, and schedule service appointments.
- Service Coordination: Assist in creating repair orders and tracking vehicle status.
- Client Communication: Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and handle final check-outs.
- Shop Administration: Maintain a clean front office area and manage digital customer records.

What We Are Looking For
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Highly Organized: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new shop management software and managing emails.
- Automotive Interest: No professional automotive experience is required, but a passion for cars or a desire to learn is a huge plus!
