Role Description
This is an unpaid, full-time remote internship with Donna AI.
Interns work directly with the Donna AI team to expand, validate, and improve one of the largest institutional datasets in the market while supporting active client engagements. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in artificial intelligence, financial data, institutional investing, capital markets, and business development while contributing to live projects used by investment professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and sourcing institutional contacts, executives, investors, and companies for Donna AI’s proprietary database.
- Building, enriching, validating, and correcting large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identifying missing information, verifying decision-makers, and maintaining high-quality institutional data.
- Assisting with live client projects involving fundraising, M&A, private equity, venture capital, family offices, investment banking, corporate development, and institutional investor research.
- Conducting market research across industries, geographies, and investment sectors.
- Supporting AI-assisted data enrichment and quality assurance initiatives.
- Testing and providing feedback on new Donna AI platform features and workflows.
- Assisting with CRM updates, outreach preparation, reporting, and campaign support.
- Collaborating with team members across multiple countries in a fully remote environment.
- Learning how AI can automate research, sourcing, and capital markets workflows.
- Contributing ideas to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and AI-driven processes.
Qualifications
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and AI-powered tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn, or data platforms is a plus.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, finance, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, M&A, or business development.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to real-world projects while learning from experienced professionals.
