As a specialized automotive logistics operator, Noatum Autologistics manages end‑to‑end vehicle logistics operations, including:
- Vehicle transportation (road, rail and RoRo)

The Role
We are currently looking to hire a Traffic Manager for our Noatum Autologistics division, based in Zaragoza.
The Traffic Operator will play a key role in coordinating vehicle transportation operations, ensuring efficient planning, customer satisfaction, and compliance with service requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsabilities
- Transport Planning & Operations Coordination
- Plan daily vehicle pick-ups and deliveries at customer locations, storage compounds, and dealerships.
- Manage transport operations focused on assigned customers.
- Monitor vehicle loading and delivery processes at dealerships and storage yards.
- Ensure compliance with agreed transit times and service commitments.
- Customer Service & Incident Management
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding assigned transport operations.
- Contact customers to resolve potential issues during loading and delivery processes.
- Manage incidents and operational deviations, escalating complex situations when required.
- Provide timely updates and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the transport process.
- Driver Coordination & Fleet Tracking
- Communicate loading instructions and specific transport requirements to drivers.
- Track vehicle transport movements through GPS and direct communication with drivers.
- Monitor route execution and cargo status on a daily basis.
- Supervise drivers to ensure compliance with operational requirements and established routes.
- Operational Control & Documentation
- Ensure all transport documentation is accurate and properly completed.
- Monitor the progress of assigned shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with Fleet Managers and Factory Representatives regarding schedules, loads, and operational requirements.
- Alert management of any issues, risks, or incidents that may impact service delivery.
- Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Take ownership of assigned transport operations from start to finish.
- Provide proactive support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities are performed with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Requisitos mínimos
Experience & Skills
- Experience in transport planning, traffic operations, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented approach and high attention to detail.
- Proactive, dynamic profile with an agile mindset.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with transport management systems (TMS) or logistics software is considered an advantage.
Languages
- Spanish: Fluent.
- English: Professional working proficiency is a plus.
