Are you strong with AI and great with people — and want full-time, long-term work with U.S. companies from home? We work with U.S. businesses that already pay for AI — Claude, ChatGPT, the AI built into the software they run on — and need someone hands-on to get their teams actually using it. You'll set the tools up, wire AI into the real work, automate the repetitive stuff, and train the people who use it every day. This is full-time, long-term contract work with one of our U.S. clients. We work with strong people across the world, and we are building a bench now so we can match you to the right client as roles open.
Because this role is built around working with a U.S. team — training them live, explaining your setup, and answering questions in real time — fluent, clear English (written and spoken) and real overlap with U.S. business hours are essential, not optional. If you are genuinely good with AI, and even better with people, we want to meet you.

The Requirements
We are not looking for people who can talk about AI. We are looking for people who have gotten a real team using it and can prove it. As part of your application, you'll be asked to walk us through a time you got a group of non-technical people actually using AI in their daily work — what was stuck, what you set up, how you trained them, and how you knew it took. That story matters more to us than any title on your resume.
