Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

Analyze financial data and trends to support management reporting and business decision-making.
Perform and monitor reconciliations across multiple banking and finance systems, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance system enhancements and process changes.
Assist in gathering business requirements and validating system changes to ensure successful implementation.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management insights to support key stakeholders.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Risk teams to maintain governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Contribute to balance sheet substantiation, risk monitoring, and financial control activities.

What We're Looking For

UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance operations, or financial controls.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
Exposure to banking products, financial systems, or the financial services industry is preferred.
Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
