In this role, you will contribute to the planning and development of features for both new and existing configuration tools. You may also be involved in creating more complex solutions tailored to customer needs. All development activities are carried out within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), ensuring strong alignment, effective collaboration, and consistent value delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Work on development of large and complex software projects

• Work in a multinational team spread across the globe

• Understand the Automotive market and how software products we develop are going to transform it

• Understand the software development processes and help the team define and align to them

• Interact with intern and external customers to help align the development charter to read needs

Who we’re looking for

Must have skills:

• Relevant OOP experience, in one of the following languages: Java, C++, C#

• Embedded – C programming experience and in general good knowledge of embedded systems

• Basic AI knowledge

• Proficient with at least one scripting language

• Proven record of working in complex software projects

• Good collaboration skills and working in teams

• Fluency in English written and spoken

The following are pluses:

• Knowledge of Eclipse plugins development

• Tech lead experience for various projects

• Knowledge of various quality standards applied for SW development

• Experience with audits for SW projects

• Presentation skills

Your team – Automotive Embedded System Tools Team

The car suffers a suite of major transformations, and it is moving more and more towards a software defined product. Electrification, different levels of autonomy in the driving which mean a safer to drive car along with huge volume of data which will be exchanged between the car and various cloud services or within the car domains, are transforming the car into a very different product than it is today. This is history in the making provides the processors for these transformations.

A lot of enablement software is needed to have all these features working reliable and our team, Automotive Embedded System Tools team, is in charge with the development of software tools meant to make configuration of drivers or other applications running on top of processors simple, intuitive, reliable, and fast.

We develop software tools starting from C-embedded programming all the way to complex solutions running on top of MATLAB/Simulink. All our tools have a clear goal of making programming of the processors simple for our customers. All the complexity we handle behind the scenes.

As the products are complex and many (more than 20 tools are currently under active development) we are a large team with a global spread and complex development processes.
