Tasks

We offer students (of all genders) the opportunity to complete a varied internship in the HR department at Austrian Airlines.

  • You will support the Strategic HR Leadership Partnering and Labor Law & Relations teams in implementing and coordinating HR projects, as well as with department-specific tasks and issues. Another focus is on analyzing current labor law case law and legislative changes
  • You will design and document processes and prepare presentations on HR topics
  • You will assist with the preparation and follow-up of various meetings
  • You will assist with other day-to-day tasks for the departments

Requirements

For this internship, we are looking for dedicated and motivated students (all genders) who enjoy working on HR-related issues in an international setting.

  • You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship in a program in business, law, HR, industrial and organizational psychology, or a comparable field of study (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
  • You are interested in HR and are willing to design and document processes
  • You have a solution-oriented and business-minded approach to thinking and working
  • You work in a structured and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
  • You are a team player and have strong communication skills
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
