Job description- Front Desk and Admin:

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Warmly greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic and accurate information. Handle email inquiries promptly.
  • Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area and general office spaces are tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining employee or office records.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Coordinate courier services.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and organizing office events as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, keeping an accurate inventory of stock.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite, confident, and professional telephone manner.
  • Professionalism: Highly presentable with a mature, calm approach to handling daily operations and interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Education: High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
