Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients and employees, both visiting and calling the office
  • Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post, including franking and liaising with couriers
  • Visibility of staff diaries, to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
  • Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office

Skills & Experience

  • No day is ever the same, and therefore, a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position
  • Either worked in a similar role, or can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must
  • Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our family
