About the role
We're looking for a Credit Policy Manager, with a strong background and specialised experience in commercial credit policy, who doesn't just understand credit risk — they can explain it. This role sits at the intersection of policy, risk, and communication. You'll shape the rules that govern how we lend, and just as importantly, you'll make sure those rules are understood by everyone from senior executives to frontline staff.
If you can take an expansive regulatory requirement or a complex risk model and turn it into something a new team member could understand in five minutes, we want to hear from you.

This is full time permanent position preferably located in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Sydney or Brisbane.
