Stellantis is currently seeking a Consolidation Analyst to work at our Headquarters Technical Center (CTC) in Auburn Hills, MI.

Working within the North America Consolidation Group as part of the North America Accounting department, this position will:

  • Prepare and reconcile recurring monthly or quarterly consolidating journal entries, as well as post-close (Topside) consolidating journal entries as needed
  • Update and validate mapping from the ledger transaction system (SAP) to the reporting system (OneStream)
  • Maintain security access for North America OneStream user profiles and cross-region North America data users
  • Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to financial consolidations and documentation for the monthly accounting close of Actual results in OneStream, to facilitate external and internal reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Provide OneStream assistance to other teams throughout accounting and finance, and present system training annually Support special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests related to OneStream or North America consolidated financial data
  • Perform consolidation procedures for Forecast/Budget scenarios as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, if no Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Accounting designation
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP and OneStream or similar ledger or reporting systems
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
  • MBA or Masters in Accounting/Finance
  • Team oriented with excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills with a bias for action and issue resolution
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid business acumen
