Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

What You'll Do

  • Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for quality and accuracy
  • Classify and evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
  • Assess risk statements and control mappings for correctness and completeness
  • Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning in security and risk domains
  • Apply your practitioner knowledge to identify gaps, ambiguities, or errors in AI-generated GRC content

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
  • Familiar with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms or tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Vanta)
