Mr. Yee is a highly respected leader in the National Football League (NFL) and across the sports and entertainment industries. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his exceptional work ethic, dedication, and commitment to developing talent both on and off the field.
As part of his continued leadership and commitment to creating pathways for future professionals, this fellowship aims to inspire aspiring players, coaches, and professionals to explore and pursue careers in football operations. The program reflects the organization’s commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines and expanding access to opportunities within the industry, including for individuals from the Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community.
Program Summary
The Donald H. Yee Fellowship is a paid opportunity designed to develop emerging talent and cultivate future leaders in football operations. Fellows will gain hands-on exposure to various operational areas within the organization while building valuable professional skills and industry knowledge.
