Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support data operations, regulatory reporting, platform administration, and reporting transformation efforts. This role will help ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of critical reporting and operational processes by monitoring data flows, validating outputs, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with Technology and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Financial Analytical Solutions team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support daily, monthly, and quarterly processing for the Integrated Regulatory Data Mart platform, ensuring data is validated in accordance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Provide Level 1 support for Oracle OCE and Global ERP processes, including daily processing, user access provisioning, access revocations, issue investigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor Corporate Treasury reporting processes, including daily oversight of more than 15 reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support Power BI dashboards, MAQ/TM1 Planning and Analytics, and dashboard migration initiatives.
  • Monitor data operations processes across key business areas, including Controllers and Deposits, to ensure process effectiveness, accuracy, and timely issue resolution.
  • Execute daily database application reconciliations and maintain an understanding of application data flows and dependencies.
  • Partner with Technology and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and help design effective operational and reporting solutions.
  • Develop business requirements documents, operating model documentation, workflows, report mock-ups, and other project artifacts to support delivery efforts.
  • Assist with evaluating new data sources and supporting the acquisition, validation, and delivery of required data.
  • Provide support for cloud-based applications and related operational processes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 reporting and automation tools, including Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative, drive change, and deliver results with limited direction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to review detailed data, identify trends or issues, and summarize insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to remain confident, professional, and effective when managing deadlines, escalations, or challenging situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy, controls, and high-quality execution.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
