Execution Trader (Portuguese Speaking)

We are partnering with an expanding broker-dealer to find a driven professional for a hybrid position centered on order routing and trade processing. This role is designed for an execution-focused specialist who excels in fast-paced market environments rather than proprietary trading strategies. The ideal candidate will bring dedicated experience handling high-volume order flows on an institutional desk, native or professional fluency in Portuguese, and an active Series 7 registration to support a sophisticated international client base.
Responsibilities:
- Process and route market orders accurately across multiple international asset classes
- Interface daily with global institutional clients and partners in both English and Portuguese
- Reconcile daily trade activity and resolve any execution or clearing discrepancies
- Ensure all transactional workflows align with FINRA, SEC, and internal risk parameters
- Collaborate with backend operations teams to manage the post-trade settlement lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Active FINRA Series 7 license
- Professional verbal and written fluency in Portuguese and English
- 2+ years of execution trading or brokerage operations experience
- Strong understanding of clearing mechanisms and general regulatory standards
- Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to transactional detail
