Key Responsibilities:
1. Order and Contract Management:
○ Review and confirm customer orders.
○ Manage and monitor the progress of contracts from initiation to completion.
○ Ensure all orders comply with Alibaba Trade Assurance policies and regulations.
2. Customer Support:
○ Address customer inquiries and provide support throughout the Trade Assurance process.
○ Resolve any issues related to orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Coordination with Related Departments:
○ Work closely with departments such as shipping, warehousing, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth processes.
○ Assist in marketing and sales activities related to Trade Assurance services.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
○ Prepare regular reports on order status and related issues.
○ Analyze data to propose process improvements and enhance service quality.
Must have:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce, and B2B Sales.
- Communication & Persuasion: Strong cross-cultural communication and consultative selling skills. Ability to actively engage with clients, resolve complex disputes under pressure, and manage strategic stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Target-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret e-commerce operational data. Skilled in tracking daily/weekly metrics, managing visual dashboards, and turning raw numbers into actionable solutions for business growth.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with international merchants/sellers or in a multinational e-commerce environment.
- Experience in customer consultation or account management.
- Intermediate level or above in Chinese speaking/language skills.
