The Role

We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner to turn people strategy into business results alongside international business leaders. This is not a traditional, process-led HR role: you will work close to the business, build teams in new markets, and solve complex organizational and talent challenges. You will thrive here if you combine strong HR judgment with commercial instinct, ownership, and the resilience to build from the ground up.

What You'll Do

· Partner with overseas business leaders to understand commercial priorities, identify organizational and talent gaps, and deliver practical solutions across hiring, performance, talent development, retention, and organization design.

· Lead workforce planning and recruitment for critical international roles, applying sound cross-cultural judgment to build high-quality teams at the pace of business expansion.

· Build talent pipelines, development mechanisms, and incentive and retention practices that strengthen organizational capability and business continuity.

· Drive organizational change and embed company values across multicultural teams, resolving cross-cultural management challenges and establishing disciplined yet adaptable operating practices.

· Monitor employment requirements in key international markets and translate local labor regulations into compliant, business-friendly HR policies and processes.

· Connect headquarters with overseas teams, adapting group HR strategies to local realities while bringing frontline insights back to improve global people practices.

· Use business context, people data, and employee insights to identify risks early, influence decisions, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

· Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated HRBP role.

· Hands-on experience supporting the international expansion of a China-founded company or partnering with overseas business teams.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to translate commercial priorities into clear organizational and talent actions.

· Professional fluency in English, with the confidence to influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

· High ownership, resilience, and execution speed in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.

Strong-to-haves

· Experience building an overseas team or HR framework from zero to one.

· Practical knowledge of employment laws and HR operations in Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, or other major international markets.

· Overseas study experience or experience working in a fully English-speaking environment.
