CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE

Montreux

Description

Ever since it was founded in 1931 in Montreux, Switzerland, Clinique La Prairie has established an international reputation as an award-winning destination renowned for delivering the most progressive health and wellbeing programs in an ambience of unparalleled luxury Swiss hospitality.

DEFINITION OF FUNCTION AND MISSION

As Product Content & Education Manager at Clinique La Prairie, you will be responsible for translating CLP’s longevity expertise, programs, destinations and innovation pipeline into clear, elevated and consistent content for global teams, partners and guests.

This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, editorial content, internal education and sales enablement. It is the content, education and market-facing translation layer: the materials that allow teams to understand the brand, master the offer and communicate with one voice across every destination.

Your mission is to ensure that every program, product evolution, destination opening or strategic update is transformed into usable, brand-aligned and commercially relevant content: sales tools, brochures, launch materials, internal education, e-learning, guest communications, PR dossiers, video scripts and CRM/funnel content.

Your work will help Clinique La Prairie scale globally without losing consistency, quality or clarity.

RESPONSABILITIES

1. Sales & Marketing Enabling Toolkit — Owning the Global Content Library

You will own and maintain the Sales & Marketing Enabling Toolkit: the central library of assets that gives teams everything they need to present Clinique La Prairie, explain the offer and support a more consultative commercial conversation.

The toolkit is designed to help teams move from a transactional approach — selling a program — to a client-led approach based on listening, understanding motivations, connecting needs to the right journey and guiding the client with confidence. It brings together Global Brand assets, Health Resort assets, Longevity Hub assets and internal enablement tools in one structured system.

You will:

  • Own, maintain and update the full Sales & Marketing Enabling Toolkit.
  • Ensure all assets are accurate, brand-aligned, easy to use and commercially relevant.
  • Update the toolkit whenever a program, price, destination, service or offer structure evolves
  • Coordinate the content across Global Brand, Health Resorts, Longevity Hubs and Internal Enablement.
  • Ensure all documents live in the right SharePoint structure and that teams always access the latest version.
  • Proactively cascade updates to markets so teams do not rely on outdated materials.
  • Help create one shared language, one consistent story and one global standard for how CLP is presented.

2. Internal Brand Education — Building Knowledge and Consistency Worldwide

You will manage and develop the internal education ecosystem that helps teams understand not only what CLP offers, but why it exists, who it is for and how to explain it with confidence.

This includes the brand education agendas, e-learning modules, onboarding materials, internal fact sheets and training content used by teams across Montreux, Health Resorts, Longevity Hubs and future openings.

You will:

  • Write and update the annual brand education agenda.
  • Script and produce quarterly e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate with Medical, Innovation, Operations and local teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Translate complex medical, scientific and operational information into clear internal content.
  • Develop training materials that help employees become confident CLP ambassadors.
  • Ensure new and existing teams have updated knowledge on CLP’s history, ecosystem, programs, method, destinations and innovation.

3. Global Content Creation — Brochures, Guest Materials and Destination Assets

You will act as the lead writer for key consumer-facing and sales-facing materials across Health Resorts, Longevity Hubs and global programs.

As CLP expands internationally, every destination requires high-quality content that reflects both the local experience and the global CLP standard. This includes brochures, one-pagers, commercial fact sheets, guest communications, pre-booking templates and destination-specific materials.

You will:

  • Write and update Health Resort brochures, Hub brochures and program brochures.
  • Develop commercial fact sheets, one-pagers, program summaries and treatment/service overviews.
  • Own pre-booking templates, welcome communications and guest preparation materials.
  • Ensure all documents are written in a premium, precise and client-oriented tone.
  • Adapt content according to the audience: guests, sales teams, agents, partners, press or internal teams.
  • Support openings such as Phuket, Amaala and future Hubs with the required content package.
  • Maintain consistency of language, messaging and structure across all destinations.

4. Product Launches & Innovation Interface — Turning Updates into Market-Ready Content

You will be the key content bridge between Innovation and the market-facing world.

When Innovation develops or updates a program, protocol, pricing structure, pillar logic or scientific framework, the change must be reflected across all relevant materials: brochures, decks, toolkits, e-learning, guest communications and internal documents. This role ensures that every update is tracked, translated and cascaded properly.

You will:

  • Write key messages, FAQs, sales narratives, presentation decks and internal briefing documents
  • Translate scientific and medical input into clear, compelling and brand-aligned storytelling.
  • Coordinate with Innovation, Medical, Creative, Digital, PR, Sales and local teams.
  • Ensure all launch materials are accurate, premium and ready for rollout.
  • Track the downstream content impact of each offer update.
  • Support the Head of Product Marketing by turning strategic direction into operational content.

5. PR, Editorial and Video Content — Strengthening CLP’s External Voice

You will support the development of editorial, PR and video materials that communicate CLP’s scientific authority, global expansion and program innovations with clarity and impact.

This includes press dossiers, PR briefs, press release inputs, doctor-led content, brand films, e-learning videos and other storytelling formats.

You will:

  • Write press dossiers, PR briefs and background documents.
  • Support press release development with strong product and destination content.
  • Prepare editorial narratives around programs, medical expertise, innovation, openings and the CLP ecosystem.
  • Write video storylines, scripts and content briefs for internal and external formats.
  • Ensure all external content is accurate, premium and aligned with CLP’s tone of voice.
  • Brief creative, production and medical contributors when needed.
  • Help transform medical and scientific expertise into engaging content for teams, guests, partners and press.

6. CRM & Funnel Content — Building Relationship and Retention Content

You will support CLP’s CRM and digital funnel development by creating content that nurtures prospects, strengthens guest relationships and extends the commercial conversation beyond a single interaction.

This scope may include newsletter content, webinar scripts, follow-up sequences and digital content journeys, depending on the evolution of the TR platform and CRM/funnel ownership.

You will:

  • Create and manage newsletter content as a key CRM and retention tool.
  • Write nurture content for prospects and existing guests.
  • Support webinar scripts, presentations and follow-up sequences.
  • Develop content that connects programs, medical expertise, innovation and destination stories.
  • Coordinate with Digital, CRM and Sales teams to ensure content supports the guest journey.
  • Help position CLP’s digital content as a stronger acquisition and relationship-building channel.
