Role Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will execute daily social media activities including content scheduling, publishing, and community interaction. You will monitor engagement trends, optimize content strategies, and support cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive global social media efforts. Your contributions will help improve campaign performance and brand storytelling.

Day in the Life

  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms daily
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Analyze engagement metrics for ongoing content optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign deployment
  • Support development of social media best practices and guidelines
  • Support both organic and paid social execution, including coordination with internal teams and agency partners

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of social media coordination experience
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media community management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience supporting global, enterprise-level campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Knowledge of platform-specific best practices and algorithms
